# Store Transfer and Store Usage — Sortable Columns

> All columns in the Store Transfer and Store Usage list screens are now sortable, so you can order entries without exporting to Excel.

All columns in the Store Transfer and Store Usage list screens are now sortable.

### **Business Value**

* Sort by any column directly in the list — no Excel export required.
* Toggle ascending or descending order with a single click on any column header.
* Active sort column and direction stay visible so the list order is always clear.
* Reduces time spent managing large store transfer and usage lists.

### **Use Cases**

* Store manager clicks the Usage Department header to sort store usages by department and reviews entries by team.
* Cost controller sorts the Store Transfer list by Total Value descending to spot the highest-value transfers for the period.
* Inventory supervisor applies a date filter, then sorts by Reviewer to track which reviewer handled which transfers.

### **How It Works**

**Where:** Back Office → Inventory → Store Transfers / Store Usages
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Click any column header to sort the list by that column in ascending order. Click the same header again to toggle to descending. The active sort column and direction are indicated visually in the header. Sorting persists when you move between pages or change filters.

#### **Newly Sortable Columns**

* **Store Transfer List:** Requester, Reviewer, Status
* **Store Usage List:** From Store, Usage Department, Requester, Reviewer, Status

Sorting is single-column only — one active sort at a time. Multi-column sort is not supported.
