# NTMP Integration Setup

> Connect kwentra to NTMP, the Saudi Ministry of Tourism platform. Enter the credentials and map room types, payments, revenue and taxes.

Connect kwentra to NTMP and map your room types, payments, revenue and taxes to the Ministry's lists.

### **Business Value**

* Reports guest and occupancy data to the Ministry of Tourism from kwentra.
* Matches your room types to the Ministry's room types once.
* Sends payments, revenue and taxes under the Ministry's categories.
* Keeps all NTMP settings in one menu.

### **Use Cases**

* An IT manager enters the NTMP credentials and saves the connection.
* A front office manager maps each room type to the Ministry's room type.
* A finance manager maps City Ledger payments to **Paid by Company**.

### **How It Works**

| **Where:** Front Office → Settings Gear Sign → Integrations → NTMP - الرصد السياحي |

1. Go to [manage.kwentra.com](https://manage.kwentra.com/) and click **Front Office**.
2. Click the **Settings** gear at the top right.
3. Click **Integrations**.
4. Click **NTMP - الرصد السياحي**.

The NTMP menu has these screens:

* Integration Setup
* Financial Reporting Setup
* Room Types Mapping
* Payment Types Mapping
* Revenue Departments Mapping
* Tax Departments Mapping
* Accounts Mapping
* Logs
* Reporting Logs

**Financial Reporting Setup** and **Accounts Mapping** send your accounting entries. See [NTMP Financial Reporting](/compliance-integrations/ntmp-general-ledger-filing).

#### **Integration Setup**

Enter the NTMP credentials for your property:

* **User Name**
* **Password**
* **API key**

Click **Save**. The screen also has **Delete Credentials** and **Disable Connection**.

#### **Room Types Mapping**

Each of your room types appears on the left. Pick the matching **NTMP Room Type** for each one. Then click **Save**.

The Ministry's room types include:

* Single Bed Room
* Double Bed Room/King Bed Room
* Room with 3 beds
* Room with 4 beds
* Furnished Apartment with 2 rooms
* Studio Apartment/Apartment with Single Room
* Executive/Luxury Suite

#### **Payment Types Mapping**

Each of your payment types appears on the left. Pick the matching **NTMP Payment Types** value for each one.

The choices are:

* Not Applicable/No Payment
* Cash
* Debit or Credit Card
* Paid by Company
* Check
* Other

For example, map **City Ledger** to **Paid by Company**, and **Visa Card** to **Debit or Credit Card**.

#### **Revenue Departments Mapping**

Each of your revenue departments appears on the left. Pick the matching **NTMP Expenses Types** value for each one.

For example, map **Food Breakfast Arrangement** to **Breakfast**, and **Beverage Lunch Arrangement** to **Beverages**.

#### **Tax Departments Mapping**

Each of your tax departments appears on the left, such as **15% VAT Tax** and **5% Baladiyah Fee**. Pick the matching **NTMP Tax Types** value for each one. Then click **Save**.
