Print and download multiple invoices in one action instead of processing each individually. **Business Value** * Saves staff time by bulk printing or downloading multiple invoices at once. * Improves efficiency for high-volume operations like group checkouts. * Shows real-time progress feedback during bulk print operations. * Uses same template and format as single-invoice printing. **Use Cases** * Front desk bulk prints all folios for group checkout in one action. * Billing administrator bulk downloads corporate invoices as PDFs. * Night auditor produces all shift invoices without opening each folio. **How It Works** **Accessing the Billing Folios Screen** | Front Office → Income → Folios | | ------------------------------ | Navigate to the Folios screen for the desired reservation or account. **Selecting Invoices for Bulk Action** * Use the checkboxes on the folio list to select multiple invoices. * Click on Actions. | *If a folio is failing (e.g. due to a validation error), it will be skipped and will not be included in the bulk print output.* | | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | **Bulk Print** * Click "Bulk Print". * The print format and template are identical to the single-invoice print output. * The file is downloaded and ready for print.
