# New Folio Template
> The New Folio Template marks the first produced billing folio as the original, and flags every later printout or email as a copy of that original document.
The New Folio Template helps in keeping the originality of the first produced copy of the billing folio, it also reacts to the email command of the system and then when it gets printed out it indicates that this printout is a copy of the original document.
**Front Office → Income → Cashiering → Folios**
Once a folio is generated with the new template it would indicate that its the original version.
Once the email command is used the guest would get the email with the indication that this is an electronic invoice.
If you would like to print another copy or send another email it will always indicate that those are copies of the original document as below.
