# Paymaster — Closing Logged in History

Closing a paymaster now records a history entry, giving you a clear audit trail of who closed it and when.

### **How It Works**
| **Where:** Front Office → Paymaster → (select a paymaster) → History |
| -------------------------------------------------------------------- |
* When a user closes a paymaster, the system adds a new entry to that paymaster's **History**.
* The entry records the close action, the user who performed it, and the date and time.
* Open any paymaster and go to the **History** tab to review its closure alongside other logged events.
