# Daily Meal Plan Report

#### **Report Business Value:**

This report helps you in understanding your kitchen requirements in terms of the preparation of meals for reservations with meal plans i.e Bed & Breakfast, Half Board etc.

* A daily view of the meals required to be prepared for guests.
* Displays the guests meals per pax type "Adult/Child"
* Calculates the total number of meals required for the report's date ranged selected.

##### **How it works?**

Reports → FO → Front Desk → Daily Meal Plan

1. Select the date range you would like to view the meals during.
2. Choose the **Export** option you desire i.e. Excel "XLS / XLSX / ODS" or PDF.

##### **Report Column Outcome:**

* **Date:** returns a single date from the report's date range selected.
* **Adult:** returns the number of adult meals required for this specific date.
* **Child:** returns the number of child meals required for this specific date.
* **Meals:** this column will be divided into sub columns matching the number of meal plans predefined on the system, it will count the number of guests "adults/children" having this meal for the specified date.
* **Total:** a summation of all columns data to provide total number of meals for each column.
