# Guest In-house Report

List every in-house guest on any given date, with a new multi-select Nationality filter for targeted nationality reports.

**Business Value**

* View all in-house guests on any chosen date in one consolidated report.
* Filter by one or more nationalities for tourism, compliance, or market reports.
* Group and sort results by channel, room, rate code, or room type instantly.
* Export as XLS, XLSX, ODS, or PDF for front office and management teams.
* Replaces manual filtering in Excel after the report is downloaded.

**How It Works**

**Running the Report**

| **Where:** Reports → Front Office → Frontdesk → Guest Inhouse |

Parameters:

* With rate — Without / With rate amounts.
* Group by — Channel, Room type, Rate code, Nationality, or None.
* Sort by — Room number, Name, Arrival, Departure.
* Channel — multi-select; limit the report to selected booking channels.
* Rate code — multi-select; limit to selected rate codes.
* Room type — multi-select; limit to selected room types.
* Show remarks — Show / Don't show guest remarks on the output.
* Date — the report date (lists guests in-house on this date).
* Show nationality — Show / Don't show the Nationality column.
* Show other names — Show / Don't show other guest names on the same folio.
* Discounts only — Yes / No to list discounted reservations only.
* **Nationality (NEW) — multi-select autocomplete; limit the report to selected nationalities only.**

File type: XLS, XLSX, ODS, or PDF.

Available actions: Download, Preview, Print.

**Nationality Filter Behavior**

The Nationality parameter is a multi-select autocomplete. Leaving it empty returns all nationalities (default). Selecting one or more nationalities restricts the report to guests whose profile nationality matches the selection.

| Note: The Nationality filter works independently from the "Show nationality" toggle. The toggle only controls whether the Nationality column appears in the output; the filter always restricts which rows are returned. |
