# Police Report

**Report's Business Value:**

This report helps in exporting Guest Details between two selected dates for legal communication with local authority in an easy way.

***N.B: this report is only available for Jordan, which means that this report will only be visible to systems that their country of origin is Jordan only.***

1. View the guests' names and which room number they are/were staying in.
2. View the arrival and departure dates of each guest's reservation.
3. View the passport/ID issue date, Passport Number and the guest's nationality to easily communicate to local authorities.

##### **How it works?:**

**[Reports → Legal Reports → Police Report](https://manage.kwentra.com/reports/PoliceReport/Police%20Report/)**

1. Either choose to export the report with arrival dates or departure dates.
2. Choose the **From & to arrival dates** you wish to see the report for **Or** Choose the **from & to departure dates.**
3. Choose the Export option you desire i.e. Excel "XLS / XLSX / ODS" or PDF.

##### **Report Columns Outcome:**

* **Room Number:** exports the room/unit number that your guest is/was staying in.
* **First & Last names:** Exports guests' names as entered on their reservations.
* **Arrival & Departure Dates:** Exports the reservation dates for each guest between the generated report dates.
* **ID Issue Date:** returns the document ID number from the guests' profiles.
* **Passport number:** returns the passport number from the guests' profiles.
* **Nationality:** returns the guest's nationality.
