# Housekeeping Task List Report

**Report Business Value:**

This report shows all pedning/completed Housekeeping Tasks on all room numbers with its housekeeping state "Dirty, Clean etc".

You can also see the reservation status on each room "Expected, Inhouse or Vacant etc."

**New Update 8th of August, 2021:**

Added the **Detailed and Summarized Dropdown choice** when exporting the report.

**Summarized:** will show the report outcome excluding the date & time of receiving the task, date & time of completing the task and the duration in hours for how long did the task take to be completed.
**Detailed:** will show the date & time of receiving the task, date & time of completing the task and the duration in hours for how long did the task take to be completed.

##### **How it works?**

**Reports → FO → Housekeeping → Housekeeping Task List**

1. Select the Date Range you desire.
2. Choose whether to see **Completed, Pending or All** tasks assigned to rooms.
3. Choose whether to sort your report by room number or housekeeping state.
4. Choose the report outcome to be **Summarized Or Detailed.**
5. Choose the Export option you desire i.e. Excel "XLS / XLSX / ODS" or PDF.

**Report Column Output:**

* **Room Number:** Returns the room number with a task applied.
* **Task & Comments:** Returns the task applied on the room with the comment for HK order taker to follow.
* **Date & Time Received:** Returns when exactly the task was receieved.
* **Date & Time Completed:** Returns when exactly the task was completed.
* **Duration:** Retunrs how long in hours for a task to be completed.
* **Staff:** The HK staff assigned for the task.
* **State:** The HK state for the room when task was received I.e Dirty, Clean etc.
* **Custom Tag:** the room type custom tag for the room.
* **Audit Date:** The current audit date when the task was created.
* **Reservation Status:** Returns the reservation state "Expected, Checked Out etc."
* **Room Status:** Returns the current HK status for the room whether its dirty or clean etc.
