How it work... ### **Report Business Value:** This report helps you see the sales of your add-on packages in the past or in the future to identify how many packages were sold for which dates and reservations/paymasters. ### **How does it work?** **Reports → FO → Income → Addon Packages Sales** 1. Select the date range you desire 2. **Optional:** select a certain package to see in the report 3. Choose the **Export** option you desire i.e. Excel "XLS / XLSX / ODS" or PDF. ### **Report Column Output:** #### **Summarized View** * #### **Package Name:** returns the name of the package as it's written in the package descrpition. * **Package Code:** the serial number of the package in settings. * **Number of Packages:** returns the number of packages sold to this reservation or paymaster. * **Date:** the date on which the package has been posted or will be posted in the future. * **Original Package Price:** In case of Per Package Pricing, the package price before discount will show here. * **Package Price:** The package price if a discount is applied. * **Original Adult Price:** In case of per-person Packages, the adult price before discount will show here. * **Adult Price:** The adult price of the package if a discount is applied. * **Original Child Price:** in case of per-person Packages, the child price of the package before discount will show here. * **Child Price:** The child price of the package if a discount is applied. * **Total (NET):** returns the net amount of the package. * **Total (GROSS):** returns the gross amount of the package, including taxes. * **Grand Totals:** This row returns the total number of packages, total net, and total gross amounts for the date range you selected for the report. #### **Detailed View:** * New Sub Columns appear for reservation and paymasters: * **Reservation/Paymaster ID** * **Room number***empty in case of paymaster* * **Guest/paymaster name** * **Arrival/Departure Dates***or paymaster dates* * Adults/Children count * Number of packages sold to this reservation/paymaster
