# Channel Revenue Report

#### **Report's Business Value:**

This report helps you see all nights booked per channel during a specific period of time.

1. View number of **nights** booked per channel to see which channel generates more revenue.
2. View **Room Income** wherein you can see the **gross amount** for each channel including taxes and packages if applicable.
3. View **Room Rate** wherein you can see the **net amount** for each channel excluding taxes and packages.
4. View the number of **Cancelled Nights** per channel.
5. View the number of nights that were considered as **No Show** per channel.

##### **How it works?:**

**[Reports → Front Office → Reservations → Channel Revenue](https://manage.kwentra.com/reports/Reservation/Channel%20Revenue/)**

1. Put **From Date** you desire.
2. Put **To Date** you desire.
3. Choose whether to view the tentative or confirmed reservations only, or view all the reservations.
4. Choose the **Export** option you desire i.e. Excel "XLS / XLSX / ODS" or PDF.

##### **Report Columns Outcome:**

* **Channel Name.**
* **Nights:** Number of nights per channel.
* **Room Income:** Gross amount per channel.
* **Room Rate:** Net amount per channel.
* **Cancellations:** Total number of canceled nights per channel.
* **No Show:** Total number of nights that were No Show per channel.
* **Total:** Summation for each column.

***Update: 12th of April, 2022***

The channel revenue report can now be exported/viewed based on the type of the reservation whether it is confirmed or tentative and awaiting confirmation.

*N.B: The default currency for this report would follow the base currency of your system, currency conversion would happen automatically if needed.*
