# Reservation Listing — Sortable Columns

> Every column in the Individual Reservations listing is now sortable, including financial and stay totals like Balance, Paid Amount, and Nights.

### **How It Works**

Click any column header to sort the listing by that column in ascending order. Click the same header again to toggle to descending. An arrow in the header shows the active sort column and direction. Sorting works alongside the existing search filters.

#### **Financial and Stay Columns Now Sortable**

The financial and stay totals are calculated values that previously could not be sorted. They are now sortable along with every other column:

* **Room to Charge**
* **Balance**
* **Paid Amount**
* **Remaining Projected Balance**
* **Nights** — day-use reservations always count as 1.

| These calculated values are kept up to date automatically as postings and reservation details change, so sorting always reflects the current figures. |

| Sorting is single-column only — one active sort at a time. Multi-column sort is not supported. |
