The ADR screen in Insights now includes a Forecast tab to view projected average daily rate across upcoming months.

**Business Value**

* View ADR forecasts up to 12 months ahead from a single screen.
* Identify future rate performance gaps and take early corrective action.
* Current month blends actual and forecast for up-to-date rate tracking.
* Available on web and mobile for flexible access.

**Use Cases**

* Revenue manager opens the Forecast tab to review projected ADR over the next quarter and flag underperforming months.
* Regional director compares ADR forecasts across multiple hotels to adjust rate strategies by property.
* Sales manager uses a 12-month forecast view to negotiate group rates aligned with market projections.

**How It Works**

📍 Where: Insights App → ADR → Forecast Tab

**Tabs**

* The ADR screen now has two tabs: Actual (default, unchanged) and Forecast.

**Forecast Tab — Month Range Selector**

* Select a From Month and To Month. Defaults to current month through current month + 2.
* Maximum range: 12 months. From month must be equal to or before To month.

**Data Display**

* Total section: one month card per selected month, each with a donut visual matching the Actual tab style.
* Details section: one column per month per hotel, plus a totals row.
* Horizontal scroll activates when cards or columns exceed the viewport width.

**Data Behavior**

* Past months: actual values.
* Current month: mixed — actuals recorded so far plus forecast for the remaining days.
* Future months: forecast values.

Note: Forecast data is month-level only. Day-level forecast is out of scope. Permission required: run\_report\_adrconsolidated.
