# Cancelled and No Show Reservations Report — Multiproperty Consolidated View

### **How It Works**

| **Where:** Multiproperty → Reports → Dashboard → Cancelled and No Show Reservations |

#### Running the report

| **Parameter**        | Description                                                                                        |
| -------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Hotels**           | Multi-select, optional. All hotels are selected by default. Narrow the run to specific properties. |
| **From Action Date** | Start of the date range for the cancellation or no-show action.                                    |
| **To Action Date**   | End of the date range for the cancellation or no-show action.                                      |
| State                | Filter results: No Show / Canceled / Canceled and No Show.                                         |
| File Type            | Choose XLS, XLSX, ODS, or PDF.                                                                     |

The From Action Date, To Action Date, and State filters behave exactly as they do on the single-property report, and apply across all selected hotels.

| **Note:** Use Download, Preview, or Print to run the report after selecting your filters. |

The summary total count aggregates across all selected hotels combined, rather than per property.

| **Note:** Demo and head-office instances are excluded from the consolidated run. Access is controlled by a report permission granted to the **Consolidated GM** and **Multi-property night auditor** roles. |
