* Enables accurate, compliance-ready P\&L reporting using T0 codes mapped per property.
* Provides both a consolidated overview and detailed property-level financials.

* **Group Finance**: View group and individual hotel P\&L figures from the Head Office instance in one place.
* **General Manager**: Track consolidated profitability and drill down to property details.
* **Auditors/Compliance**: Ensure all revenue and expense entries are tracked via T0 analysis codes.
* **Multi-property Operations**: Analyze revenue and GOP by property using T0 mapping.

### **Technical Know-How**

**Navigation**

* **Insights Dashboard / Mobile App → Profit and Loss tab**

**Eligibility**

* Only visible for companies with a **Head Office instance** that has **British System enabled**.
* If these are not met, the current P\&L tab remains unchanged and the new tab is hidden.

**Data Source & Logic**

* **All financial data** (Revenue, Expenses, GOP) is pulled **only** from the Head Office instance.
* Uses **T0 analysis codes** to break down and identify data by individual hotel.
  * Mapping: *please contact [support@kwentra.com](mailto:support@kwentra.com) to help if mapping is needed*
  * **If a JV (revenue/expense) is missing T0 or the T0 is not mapped, it is included in overall totals.**
* Retrieves available rooms from each mapped instance.
* **Metrics displayed** (Month & Year for each):
  * Revenue
  * TRevPar: based on available rooms from each mapped property.
  * GOP
  * GOP Par: based on available rooms from each mapped property.
  * GOP%
* **Total section:**
  * Displays overall consolidated values.
* **Details section:**
  * Shows per-hotel breakdown based on T0 mapping.

**Currency**

* Report works **only** with the **base currency** of the Head Office instance.
* Existing currency conversion options remain.

**Permissions**

* **New permission** created for this view.
* Granted to:
  * **Consolidated GM**
  * **Reports Access** groups
