# Revenue and Occupancy Statistics Consolidated Report

> Run the Revenue and Occupancy Statistics report once for all your hotels and get one combined result.

See group occupancy, revenue, ADR and RevPAR for all your hotels in one run.

### **Business Value**

* Replaces running the report hotel by hotel and adding it up by hand.
* Shows group figures in the layout staff already know.
* Works out ADR, RevPAR and occupancy from group totals, not averages.
* Stops the run when hotels use different currencies.
* Opens only for users with the report's own permission.

### **Use Cases**

* A consolidated GM checks group occupancy for the next two weeks in one file.
* A financial controller compares group ADR and RevPAR day by day.
* A multi-property night auditor downloads the group's statistics without opening each hotel.

### **How It Works**

#### **Running the Report**

| **Parameter** | Description |
| - | - |
| **From date** | Required. Starts on the audit date. |
| **To date** | Required. Starts on the audit date plus 14 days. It cannot be before From date. |
| **Hotels** | Optional. Pick one hotel or more. Leave it empty to run all of them. |
| **Columns** | Simplified without channels (default), Detailed or Simplified. |
| **Complimentary** | Show (default) or Don't show. |
| **House use** | Show (default) or Don't show. |
| **Reservation confirmation** | Confirmed Only (default), Tentative Only or All. |
| **Include rated definite blocks revenue** | Don't show (default) or Show. |

* There is no **Currency** parameter.
* The report downloads as Excel only. There is no preview on screen.

| **Note:** When **Include rated definite blocks revenue** is Show, the date range must be under 60 days. Over 60 days you see: *Cannot run Revenue and occupancy statistics with block revenue for more than 60 days.* |

#### **All Hotels Must Use One Currency**

When you download, the system checks the default currency of each hotel in the run. These are the hotels you picked, or all hotels when Hotels is empty.

If the currencies differ, the report does not run. You see this message: **All selected instances must have the same default currency**.

Amounts are added as they are. There is no currency conversion.

#### **Report Layout**

The layout matches the single-hotel [Revenue and Occupancy Statistics](/front-office/reports/reservation-reports/revenue-and-occupancy-statistics-report) report.

* One row per date, then a **Total** row.
* Channel columns come first: Adults, Children, Room Revenue, Revenue, ADR, RevPar and Rooms for each channel. Then **Total Channels**.
* Room columns come next: Total Rooms, Occ. Rooms, Rooms Available, Out of Order, Comp. Rooms, House Use Rooms, Rooms To Sell, Paid Rooms, the four Occ. % columns, Arr. Rooms and Dep. Rooms.
* There is no Hotel column. There are no rows per hotel.

#### **How the Figures Are Combined**

Each date row shows the group figure for that date.

| Counts and amounts | The sum across the selected hotels. |
| **ADR** | Group Room Revenue ÷ group Rooms. |
| **RevPar** | Group Room Revenue ÷ (group Total Rooms − group Out of Order). |
| **Occ. %** | Group occupied rooms ÷ group Rooms Available. House use or comp rooms come off first where the column says so. |

**Example:** Hotel A has 10 rooms. Hotel B has 15 rooms. Room revenue for the day is 1,000. RevPar is 1,000 ÷ 25 = 40.00.

* Channels are matched by name. The same channel name in two hotels makes one column.
* A different spelling makes a new column. "Booking" and "Booking.com" are two columns.
* Each figure means the same as in the single-hotel report.

#### **Permission**

The report has its own permission. It is given to **Consolidated GM**, **Multi Property Financial controller** and **Multi Property Night auditor**. Without it, the report does not show in the Reports menu.
