Whenever you want to accommodate your guests' special requests on their items order in POS Cashiering, the Extras Button can help you write free text to be sent along the order slip sent to the kitchen. **Cashiering → Select Outlet → Select Terminal → Select Table → Add Item → Extras** Using the free text field you can add any special requests to the specific item for the Chef's notification.
