A vendor can have one price per item per unit. Recording the same vendor, item and unit again updates the entry. It does not add a second one.
Finding the Screen

The search area above the listing has three fields:- Vendor — an autocomplete. Type part of a vendor’s name or code and pick the vendor.
- Item — an autocomplete. Type part of an item number or description and pick the item.
- Valid on date — a date picker. It shows only prices whose validity period covers that date.
