How It Works

The night turn runs automatically at the time you set. If it fails, clear the cause, then run it manually.

Automatic Night Turn Settings

1. Click Settings on the Home page.
2. Click Advance Night on the left.
3. Select Advance Night Settings.
4. Tick Advance Night Automatically.
5. Choose the time of day.
6. Click Save.

Automatic Night Turn Failure

You may find the system stuck on the previous day. Or you may see: Automatic Night Turn Failed, please check Night Audit Log. The most common causes are:

1. Expected Departure reservations that are not checked out.
2. An open POS invoice in your restaurant or bar.

The Night Audit Log shows why the night turn failed. Clear the issue before you run the night turn manually.
