- During a rush, staff avoids mistakenly assigning rooms under maintenance by using the filter.
Technical Know-How
- Go to Front Office → Room Blocking.
- At the top of the screen, you will find a new dropdown: Maintenance State.
- Choose from three filter options:
- In Order (default):
- Displays only rooms that are neither OOS (Out of Service) nor OOO (Out of Order) for the selected date(s).
- In Order + OOS:
- Displays rooms that are either in order or OOS (but not OOO) for the selected date(s).
- In Order (default):
- The room list will update instantly to match your selection.
