Maintenance State Filter in Room Blocking

Quickly filter and control room selection in the Room Blocking screen by maintenance status, reducing operational mistakes.

Prevents accidental assignment of Out of Service (OOS) or Out of Order (OOO) rooms to reservations.
Saves time and reduces stress for front office teams, especially during busy operations.
Improves guest satisfaction by ensuring only available and ready rooms are assigned.
Increases operational control and accuracy in reservation handling.

Front office agent needs to quickly find only clean and available rooms for fast check-in.
Supervisor wants to double-check room availability for VIP guests, filtering out any OOS or OOO rooms.
During a rush, staff avoids mistakenly assigning rooms under maintenance by using the filter.

Go to Front Office → Room Blocking.
At the top of the screen, you will find a new dropdown: Maintenance State.
Choose from three filter options:
- In Order (default):
  - Displays only rooms that are neither OOS (Out of Service) nor OOO (Out of Order) for the selected date(s).
- In Order + OOS:
  - Displays rooms that are either in order or OOS (but not OOO) for the selected date(s).
The room list will update instantly to match your selection.
