- Expected: any new reservation made on the system takes the status Expected, which means the reservation is confirmed and we’re expecting the guest to check in.
- Checked In: indicates that the guest’s check-in date is due and the customer has arrived and checked into the room. The guest’s billing balance starts on the check-in date and ends on the check-out date.
- Checked Out: indicates that the reservation’s check-out date is due and the guest has checked out of the room. A guest cannot check out unless all open balances are paid and settled.
- No Show: the check-in date has passed and the guest was expected to arrive but failed to do so.
- Canceled: the reservation has been canceled from the system for any given reason.
