One of the key features in kwentra is having a database for all your clients in order to use them for repeated visits or to manage sales/marketing campaigns using their information. Sometimes when reservations/front desk teams create reservations they duplicate profiles for guests, in this article you will learn how to merge profiles together. important note: merging profiles does not combine the data from the profiles instead it keeps 1 profile with all its data and removes the secondary profile. How? Front Office → Profiles
  1. Select the profiles you would like to merge.
  2. Click on Bulk Actions.
  3. Select Merge Profiles.
  4. Choose the profile you would like to keep then click Continue.
In that way you are merging 2 or more profiles together into 1 and not have any duplicates.
