Report Parameters and Filters
- From date/To date: Select the report period.

Level of Details:
- Summary: Groups transactions by officer, without item-level details.
- Detailed: Shows every individual transaction with all item details.
- File Type: Choose XLS, XLSX, ODS, or PDF.
New Advanced Filters

Item Family:
- Multi-select, autocomplete.
- Shows only items from the chosen families (e.g., Food, Beverage).

Outlets:
- Multi-select, autocomplete.
- Shows transactions from selected POS outlets.

Officer:
- Multi-select, autocomplete.
- Shows only officers with the “House Use Officer” flag in their individual profile (requires recent update).
Report Columns
Standard Columns:- Store
- Invoice ID
- Invoice Number
- Audit Date
- Cashier
- Sales Value
- Officer name appears as a grouping row.

At the end of each officer’s transactions, a summary lists:
- Item Name
- Total Quantity
- Total Value
- Updates dynamically with applied filters.
Example Scenario

Filter by Outlet:
- Select “Coffee Shop” and “Restaurant”.
- Report will show only transactions from these outlets.

Filter by Item Family:
- Select “Food”.
- Only food items will be included in the data and item summary per officer.

Filter by Officer:
- Choose “Ahmad Ali”.
- The report focuses on transactions for Ahmad Ali and shows the total items consumed by him.
Troubleshooting / FAQ
- Why am I not seeing an officer in the filter? Ensure the profile is flagged as “House Use Officer.”
