How It Works

Example: you have 10 salary accounts. You want only their balances in the income statement. Run the income statement with Custom Tag: Salaries. It shows only the accounts linked to that tag.

1. Add a Custom Tag

  1. Enter a name for the tag.
  2. Set Applies to to accounts.
  3. Click Save.

  1. Open the account.
  2. In Custom Tags, choose the tag. You can link several tags to the same account.
  3. Click Save.

3. Run the Income Statement by Tag

Run the Income Statement Report and pick the custom tag. It shows only the balances of the accounts linked to it.
