Settings now live in one app opened from the home page, covering every module.

Business Value

  • Ends hunting across three settings menus.
  • Opens every setting from one place.
  • Groups home-page settings into named sections.
  • Keeps your existing settings bookmarks working.

Use Cases

  • Front office manager opens Settings from the home page.
  • Accountant finds inventory and front office settings in one app.
  • System administrator sends a colleague a direct link to a setting.

How It Works

Settings used to sit in three places:
  • The Settings app.
  • An old menu behind the home-page Settings tile.
  • The Back Office settings tree.
They are now one app.

Opening Settings

  • Settings is a top-level app on the home page and in the app switcher.
  • It has its own app switcher, so you can move to another module directly.
  • The Front Office and Back Office entry points still work. They open the same app with all categories.

The categories

The app has six categories in this order: General · Front Office · Back Office · Income · Loyalty Program · Integrations The groups inside each category are unchanged.

What moved into General

Everything behind the old home-page Settings tile is now in General, grouped instead of listed flat:

The new Back Office category

The whole Back Office settings tree moves in, with its groups and order intact: Accounts · British Accounting System · Inventory · Vendors · Financial Setup · Staff · Food Cost · Invoice Reminders British Accounting System is shown only when that accounting system is on. It still comes after Accounts.

Permissions

  • Every moved screen keeps its own link.
  • The two old menus now redirect into the Settings app, so your bookmarks still work.
  • Switching language reloads the screen in the new language.

What is not included

POS settings, Reports, Channel Management and Online Booking keep their own menus. This unifies settings, not modules.

Update: September 14, 2026

Search for Any Settings Page

Type a page name in the Settings top bar to open it. You no longer need to click through the menu.

What’s New?

  • A search box in the top bar finds any settings page by name.
  • Before, the left menu was the only way to reach a page.

How It Works

Search for a Page

  • The search box is in the top bar, between the property logo and the audit date.
  • It is on every Settings screen.
  • When Settings opens, start typing right away. You do not need to click the box first.
  • Search looks at the page name and its menu path. Both “bed types” and “housekeeping” find the pages you expect.
  • Before you type, the list shows every page you can open.
  • Each result shows the page name, then its menu path. For example: Bed Types — Front Office › Rooms.
  • The clear button empties the box and shows the full list again.

Use the Keyboard

The first result is highlighted when the list opens.

Open a Page

  • Choose a result to open that page.
  • The menu moves with you. The section and the group open, and the page is marked in the menu.

What Search Shows

  • Only the pages you are allowed to open.
  • Pages hidden for your property do not show. Examples are country-specific government integrations and Hijri-only screens.

On Small Screens

  • The search box becomes a search icon in the top bar.
  • Tap the icon to open a full-width search field. The results work the same way.
