In order to update your hotel information on Invoices, Confirmations and Print-outs, all these info can updated from the main hotel info from front office settings. Hotel info will affect the below areas:
  • Online Booking confirmation emails.
  • Folios, Information Invoices & receipts
Information you can update from here:
  • Hotel address and contact information
  • Hotel direct website URL
  • Slogan
  • Logo
  • Star Rating
  • VAT number
  • Bank account number
  • IBAN Number
A lot more information can be updated from the same place. Front Office → Settings Gear Sign → General → Property Settings → Property Information
