Report Business Value:

This report helps in viewing all your rooms’ state for a selected date in order to plan and prepare your housekeeping activities and tasks accordingly.
  • View whether a room is vacant or occupied.
  • In the case of occupancy it shows the reservation dates, guest name, number of pax in the room and it shows the reservation status whether its is expected to arrive in comparison to the report’s date.
  • Shows the housekeeping status for each room.
  • Shows the maintenance status whether the room is in order, out of order or out of service.
How it works?
Reports → FO → Housekeeping → Housekeeping All Rooms
  1. Select the date you would like to view your report in.
  2. Optional: if you have classified your rooms by block, you can select which Room block to run the report for.
  3. Optional: choose whether to run the report for a specific floor.
  4. Choose to Group the report by room type, housekeeping stats or the room block.
  5. Choose the Export option you desire i.e. Excel “XLS / XLSX / ODS” or PDF.
Report Column Outcome:
  • Room Number: returns the room numbers of you hotel depending on the report criteria.
  • Room Type: Returns the room type for each room number in the report.
  • Status: Returns whether the room number is Vacant Or Occupied.
  • Housekeeping State: Returns the HK status of the room whether Dirty, Clean, Inspect or Touchup.
  • Maintenance Status: Returns whether the room number is in order, out of order or out of service.
  • Guest Name: In case of occupancy or the room is expected to arrive on the same date as the report date, the guest name will appear under this column.
  • Arrival & Departure Dates: In case of occupancy or the room is expected to arrive on the same date as the report date, the reservation dates will appear under this column.
  • Adults & Children: In case of occupancy or the room is expected to arrive on the same date as the report date, the number of pax will appear under this column.
  • Reservation Status: Returns the actual status of the room in comparison to the report date and audit date, the reservation status could be Vacant, In House, Expected Departure, Expected Arrival or Expected in the future.
