In order to printout the final bill/receipt with the space to allow the guest to sign, you need to activate this feature. Front Office → Settings Gear Sign → Front Office → Templates → Folios Front Office → Settings Gear Sign → Front Office → Templates → Receipts By simply marking on the checkboxes below you create a space on the folio/receipt for the guest to sign on it. You should also mark on the Include Hotel Signature to create a space for the hotel’s signature as well if needed. This is how the folio/receipt would look like with the signatures space:
