For your rate plans show the cancellation policy text on the Online Booking Widget you need to add the policy text and link it to the rate code you desire. How? Front Office → Settings Gear Sign → Front Office → Policies → Cancellation Policy Your different policies will be listed and you get the option to add more. All you need to do is write the text of your policy and Save. Once the policy is added, you need to link it to the rate you desire. Front Office → Settings Gear Sign → Front Office → Rates → Rate Definitions → Select Rate → Cancellation Policy Ranges From here you get to apply the policy you desire on the date range you need it, you can apply multiple policies to the same rate plan if needed. Don’t forget to Save your changes to reflect on the rate code and the online booking search results.
