New Feature: Users are now presented with the option to select Housekeeping state for rooms assigned to reservations subject to “Undo Check in” action. Front Office > Housekeeping Front Office > reservations > Individual reservations Upon performing the “Undo Check in” action on a newly checked in reservation, a new popup will be displayed asking the user to select the Housekeeping state for the assigned room o that reservation, the selected option by default will be the current room’s housekeeping state. Clicking “Save Housekeeping State” will update the room’s housekeeping state with the user selected state.
