In order to know and identify the vacant rooms only that are available for certain dates, we have the Show Vacant Rooms Only Filter. What are the benefits of this filter?
  1. Easily identify the rooms that are available between selected dates.
  2. Easily create reservations and assign rooms on back to back basis depending on available rooms.
How to use this filter? Front Office → Room Rack Important things to know about this feature:
  • The dates selected on the filter would be highlighted in blue.
  • This feature will ignore the occupied rooms and will only show the vacant rooms between 2 selected dates.
  • You can combine multiple filters and searchs on the room rack to create a spotlight on the rooms you desire.
