  • Confirmation letters reflect the actual currency the group was booked in.
  • Eliminates confusion for travel agencies and groups billed in foreign currencies.
  • Consistent experience with individual reservation confirmation letters.
  • No manual adjustments needed when sharing letters with international clients.
Use Cases
  • Revenue manager sends a confirmation letter to a USD-booked travel agency — amounts appear in USD, not base currency.
  • Front desk agent prints a group confirmation for an international tour operator and the amounts match the agreed rate currency.
  • Groups coordinator shares the confirmation letter with a foreign client without needing to add currency notes manually.
How It Works Where to Find It Where: Front Office → Group Reservations → [Open a Group] → Confirmation Letter The group confirmation letter now displays stay amounts in the reservation’s original (foreign) currency. Previously, amounts on the group confirmation letter were automatically converted to the property’s base currency before printing. No additional steps are required — the letter automatically picks up the reservation currency.
