Open a cancelled income folio two ways: as the original invoice, or as the credit note.

Business Value

  • Reproduces the invoice exactly as the guest first received it.
  • Prints the credit note for a cancelled folio in one click.
  • Tells a KSA reader which of the two documents they hold.
  • Leaves bulk print, emails and shared links unchanged.

Use Cases

  • A front office agent reprints the original invoice a guest asks for after cancellation.
  • An accountant opens the credit note of a cancelled folio for the audit file.
  • A KSA auditor reads the notice and knows a credit note exists for this invoice.

How It Works

Before, a cancelled folio opened one way only. It carried a CANCELLED ألغيت marker across the top. You could not reproduce the invoice as it was issued.

The Credit Note Column

The listing has a new Credit note column, next to Cancel.
  • A cancelled income folio shows a Credit note link.
  • A valid income folio shows an empty cell.
  • A receivable folio shows an empty cell, cancelled or not.
  • The column needs no permission. It only opens a view. It changes nothing.
  • Properties on e-invoicing do not see the column. They cannot cancel folios.

Open the Folio

What you print always matches the view you opened.

What Each View Shows

  • The credit note marker takes the place of the cancelled marker. It keeps the same red frame.
  • The notice on the original invoice is quieter. The original is still a valid issued invoice.
  • If you change the template on the credit note view, you stay on the credit note view.

Where Nothing Changes

A cancelled folio still shows Cancelled ألغيت in all these places:
  • Bulk print
  • The automatic folio email at checkout
  • The shared public link
  • The translated folio
  • Emailed copies
  • Every receivable folio
