Report Business Value:

Deposit Ledger Report helps you see the open balances and paid deposits by your guests, helping you to see the payments made for the reservations that are expected to arrive.
How it works?
Reports → FO → FrontDesk → Deposit Ledger
  1. Select the reservation state you desire to see in the report, you get to choose between Expected, Noshow & Cancelled.
  2. Select the date you desire.
  3. Choose whether to display guests’ contact info or no.
  4. Choose the Export option you desire i.e. Excel “XLS / XLSX / ODS” or PDF.
Report Column Output:
  • Room: Refers to the room number assigned to the guest’s reservation, could be blank if no room was assigned to the reservation.
  • Guest Name: Represents the guest’s first & last name.
  • Arrival & Departure: Represent the check-in and check-out dates of the reservation.
  • Room Charge: Represent the room charges for the reservation, at this point it should be zero.
  • Extras: Represent the extras that a guest would’ve enjoyed, should be zero.
  • Payment: Shows the deposit paid or the payment that the guest have done in advance.
  • Balance: Shows the open balance on a certain reservation, this shows the payment that the guest have made prior to arrival.
  • No. Of persons: shows the number of guests on the reservation.
  • Rate: shows the rate amount sold to this guest/reservation.
  • Email/Address/Mobile: Displays the guest information.
N.B: The default currency for this report would follow the base currency of your system, currency conversion would happen automatically if needed.
