Report Column Output
Group summary rows
- After each channel/group block, summary lines give the total rooms, adults, and children arriving per that source.
Special Considerations & Best Practices
- Group Arrivals:
- Block summaries (e.g. “BOOKING.COM Rooms 10 Adults 19 Children 2”) help you quickly see volume per source.
- Full group details are available if group bookings are enabled.
- Duplicate/Linked Reservations:
- Some guests (like “Maria Anna Damato”) may appear more than once for split stays, or under the same voucher number—always verify voucher no/ID for clarity.
- Internal Notes:
- If enabled, staff internal notes will appear under the reservation row, visible only for internal use (not shown to guests).
- On Hold:
- “On Hold” reservations show the valid hold date; confirmed ones display “CONFIRMED”.
- No assigned room:
- Room cell is blank if not yet assigned at the time of report.
Important Notes
- Default Currency: All monetary amounts (if rates enabled) use the system’s base currency; currency conversion is automatic.
- No two reservations share the same ID—each is a unique record.
- Totals at the bottom of the report give the final arriving rooms, adults, and children for your selected period.

Room Type Filter Hides Room Types With No Rooms
The Room type filter now lists only room types that have at least one room mapped to them. What’s New?
Room types with no rooms mapped to them no longer appear in the Room type filter. Retired room types stay in the system because historical reservations still reference them, but they are hidden from the filter instead of sitting there as options that return nothing. How It Works
- Run the report from Reports → FO → FrontDesk → Expected Arrival.
- Open the Room type filter — only room types with at least one room mapped to them are listed.
- Map a room to a room type and it appears in the filter again; unmap every room and it disappears.
