Track all guest meals for each day, by room and board type, to help your team deliver the right meal service.

Use Cases

  • Chef prepares tomorrow’s breakfast based on the actual number of guests and children with meal entitlements.
  • F&B supervisor checks if today’s lunch and dinner are covered for all arrivals and in-house guests.
  • Receptionist checks board type and meal plan details for a specific room or guest.

How to use the report?

  • Go to Reports → FO → FrontDesk → Meal Plan
  • Use these filters:
    • From date / To date: Select the date range.
    • Group by:
      • Board type: Groups meals by meal/board arrangement (e.g., All Inclusive, Half Board).
      • Rate: Groups meals by the applied room rate or package.
    • Channel: Filter by booking source.
    • Detail: Choose detailed or summary view.
  • File type: XLS, XLSX, ODS, PDF.
  • Click Download, Preview, or Print as needed.

Column Explanation

  • Id: Reservation ID
  • Room: Room number
  • Name: Guest name
  • Arrival / Departure: Check-in/check-out dates
  • Adult / Child: Numbers for each reservation
  • Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner: Meal counts
  • Board type: Type of meal plan (e.g., All Inclusive)
  • Rate: Applied rate/plan for the reservation
  • Channel: Booking source

Include the Packages added to Paymasters

Business Value

  • Achieve full transparency on all counted meal packages, including those assigned to paymasters.
  • Simplifies meal planning and operations—no missed coverage for group meals.
  • Easily track, audit, and reconcile package sales for both reservations and paymasters in one report.

When a meal package is posted on a paymaster, the report will show:

  • Id: Displays the paymaster’s ID
  • Name: Displays the PAYMASTER NAME
  • Arrival: Paymaster start date
  • Departure: Paymaster end date
  • Adult / Child: Shows the numbers set on the package/paymaster
  • Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner: Reflects the number of meals as per the package setup
  • Board type: As set on the package
  • Channel: Shows paymaster channel
