Report Business Value: Package Breakdown is a report used by income auditors to make sure that the included packages and the taxes applied on all revenue transactions for in house rooms are correct. How it works? Reports → FO → Income → Package Breakdown
  • Select the date you would like to run this report for.
  • Choose to Preview the report or the Download option you desire i.e. Excel “XLS / XLSX / ODS” or PDF.
Report Column Outcome:
  • Room: returns the guest’s room number.
  • Guest name: returns the guest’s name.
  • Voucher no: if this is a tour operator’s reservation or an online travel agency and the reservation has a voucher number, it will appear under this column.
  • Total: returns the total amount “gross amount” of the transaction posted on the room.
The columns before the total column will return the departments’ codes and their names, the report will only return the columns for transaction codes that has postings on the date of the report. You would see each department code for taxes and revenue appearing before the total in order for you to see the contribution of each amount to the total amount.
