Report’s Business Value:

This report will help you see all the payment postings created on the predefined Payment Departments.
  • View payments coming through the Front Office Income Module.
  • View payments you receive through the Accounts Receivable Module.
  • Compare this year’s payments with last year’s.
How it works?
Reports → FO→ Income→ Payment Report
  1. Select the Audit Date you would like to see the payments on.
  2. From Module drop-down you can select either Income or Receivable, you can see both by selecting all.
  3. Optional: select the department(s) you desire to see in the report.
  4. Yes/No: select whether to include last year’s numbers or not.
  5. Choose the Export option you desire i.e. Excel “XLS / XLSX / ODS” or PDF.
Report Column Output:
  • Grouped by: all report’s output is grouped by each payment department group and its code.
  • Department Code & Description: those columns define which payment department exactly to be referred to for the values.
  • Today: returns the total value of the mentioned payment department for the selected date of the report.
  • Month: returns the total value of the mentioned payment department from the start of the month till the selected date of the report.
  • Year: returns the total value of the mentioned payment department from the start of the year till the selected date of the report.
  • Last Year “Optional”: returns the total of the mentioned revenue department from the 1st of January till the 31st of December the previous year.
  • Group Total: total for each payment department group for all columns.
  • Grand Total: total for all columns for all payment departments combined.
N.B: The default currency for this report would follow the base currency of your system, currency conversion would happen automatically if needed.
