How It Works Running the Report Where: Reports → FO → Reservations → Country Start Date / End Date Select the date range for the report. The report will include all reservations that have at least one night falling within this range. Group By Leave blank to see one row per country across the full period. Select Channel to sub-group each country’s data by booking channel, or Rate Code to sub-group by the rate applied. Exclude Expected Reservations Set to Yes to exclude reservations that are in Expected (not yet arrived) status. Set to No to include all reservation statuses: Expected, Checked In, and Checked Out. Currency Select the currency for all revenue figures in the report. Note: Revenue figures are converted at the current exchange rate at the time the report is generated. Actions Click Download to export the file, Preview to view the report on screen, or Print to send directly to a printer. Report Columns A TOTAL row appears at the bottom of the report, summing all numeric columns across all countries.
