How It Works Running the Report Where: Reports → Reservation → Guest Info Set at least one filter, then choose a file type and click Download, Preview, or Print.

Parameter	Description
From Creation Date / To Creation Date	Filter by when the guest profile was created in the system.
From Arrival Date / To Arrival Date	Filter by reservation check-in date.
From Departure Date / To Departure Date	Filter by reservation check-out date. Both From and To are required together when used.
Channel	Filter by booking channel (multi-select).
Nationality	Filter by guest nationality (multi-select).
From Loyalty Points / To Loyalty Points	Filter by loyalty points balance range.
From Birth Date / To Birth Date	Filter by guest date of birth range.
Show Only Inhouse Guests	Checkbox — limits results to currently checked-in guests only.
File Type	XLS, XLSX, ODS, or PDF.

New: From Departure Date and To Departure Date are new parameters. They filter results to guests with reservations departing within the selected range. Both dates must be set together. Note: At least one filter parameter must be selected before running the report. Report Columns
