Business Value
- Know exactly which booking channels — wholesale, online TA, or direct — are driving revenue and nights.
- Compare Gross Rate, Net Rate, Room Revenue, ADR, ASR, and Net Rate Per Adult side by side for every channel.
- See cancellations and no-shows per channel to identify reliability issues.
- View each channel’s share of total occupancy with the Occ. Share % column.
- Run the report in any configured currency using live exchange rates.

How It Works
Running the Report
| Where: Reports → FO → Reservation → Channels Revenue YTD |

Set the following parameters before running:
- From Date / To Date — The date range for the report. Revenue is based on audit date.
- Channel — Select one or more specific channels to filter (optional — leave empty to include all channels).
- Currency — Select from all currencies configured in the system. Defaults to the property’s base currency. Exchange rates are applied at the time of report generation.
- File Type — Choose the export format: XLS, XLSX, ODS, or PDF.
Report Structure
The report is grouped in a three-level hierarchy: Channel Group → Sub-Group → Individual Channel. Each level shows a summary row. The Total row at the bottom aggregates all channels.
Example grouping structure:
- Full Inclusive Tour “Wholesale” → Contracted TA and Tour Operator → Biblio Globus, ETI AUT, EXIM CZE …
- Full Inclusive Tour “Wholesale” → Online TA → Online Website → Booking.com, Expedia.com …
- Others → Complimentary → Complimentary
- Others → House Use → House Use
- Others → Retail → Best Available Rate → Individual
Report Columns

| Only debit-type income departments are included in Room Revenue. Payment and credit postings are excluded. Group paymaster accounts (e.g., GRP-xxxx) may appear as channel rows when the channel is assigned at the paymaster level. |

Summary and Total Rows
Each channel group and sub-group displays a bold summary row showing aggregated values for all channels within it. The grand Total row at the bottom of the report shows the full property total across all channels. Occ. Share % on the Total row always equals 100%.
