With Opentec’s Passport Scanner working with kwentra PMS, capturing guest profiles is much easier as there’s no manual effort in writing each field in the guest profile from the staff’s end. How does kwentra work with Opentec? Simply, we enable the connection with Samsotech and once we use the capture ID feature the scanner will automatically fill the guest profile’s fields.
