What is ReviewPro?
ReviewPro is an online reputation management solution that aggregates more than 100 million online reviews from more than 175 sources in more than 45 languages with daily content updates.

How does kwentra work with ReviewPro?
Simply, we integrate your ReviewPro Account with our system in order to send clients data from kwentra front office automatically to ReviewPro so that you could send bulk surveys using the data gathered from your staff and not to double the effort of data collection.
Kwentra sends the guest data and link them to specific survey based on your needs, example to the most common surveys are below:
- In-Stay Surveys
- Post-Stay Surveys
We map the surveys you have on ReviewPro with kwentra system so that you would get the guest data and which survey to send, all you need to do is send the survey from ReviewPro in a simple process.
Front Office → Settings Gear Sign → Integrations → ReviewPro
If you have a ReviewPro Account and would like to connect it to kwentra PMS please send your client ID to support@kwentra.com with the surveys you have on ReviewPro to link to our system.
