New Integration with Kraft NT for E-Invoicing Fiscalization in Montenegro

Properties in Montenegro can now send invoices for fiscalization through Kraft NT. Kraft NT is a middleware for e-invoicing fiscalization.

How It Works

1. Turn On the Integration

1. Log in to Kwentra.
2. Go to Settings, then Integrations.
3. Find the Kraft NT integration.
4. Turn on its switch.

2. Map Operator Codes

• Map an operator code to each system user.
• Without it, invoices are not processed correctly for fiscalization.
• Operator codes also keep tracking and reporting correct.

3. Map Taxes

Use the tax mapping screen:

• Map VAT departments as VAT.
• Map service charge departments as service charge.

This keeps the fiscalized data correct.

4. Fiscalized Invoices and QR Code

• After you turn on the integration, fiscalized invoices include a QR code.
• Scanning the code opens a web page that shows the invoice.
