With the integration of Kraft NT, a middleware for e-invoicing fiscalization, you can now streamline your fiscal processes and compliance effortlessly. Enabling the Integration: To harness the power of the Kraft NT integration, follow these simple steps:
  1. Access the Settings Screen:
    • Log in to your [Your Company Name] account.
    • Navigate to the “Settings” section.
    • Navigate to “Integrations”
  2. Enable Kraft NT Integration:
    • In the settings screen, look for the Kraft NT integration option.
    • Enable the integration by toggling the appropriate switch.
  3. Mapping Operator Codes:
    • For seamless operation, ensure that operator codes are mapped for system users. This mapping is crucial to ensure that invoices are correctly processed for fiscalization
  4. Fiscalized Invoices and QR Code:
    • Once the integration is enabled, fiscalized invoices will include a QR code. When scanned, this QR code will redirect users to a dedicated webpage where they can conveniently view their invoices.
  5. Tax Mapping for Accuracy:
    • Utilize the tax mapping screen to accurately map VAT and service charge taxes. By mapping VAT departments as VAT and service charge departments as service charge, you ensure precise fiscalization of your data.
Mapping Operator Codes: For seamless functionality, it’s crucial to map operator codes for system users. This ensures that the generated invoices are correctly processed for fiscalization. Operator codes are essential for accurate tracking and reporting. Fiscalized Invoice Features:
  1. QR Code Inclusion: Fiscalized invoices will now feature a QR code, enhancing accessibility and providing an efficient way for users to interact with their invoices.
  2. QR Code Functionality: When users scan the QR code with their devices, they will be redirected to a dedicated webpage where they can conveniently view and access their invoice details.
