See how much revenue each booker brings in across every hotel in the portfolio, in one run.

Business Value

  • Compare booker performance across the whole portfolio in one run.
  • Attribute room nights and revenue to the booker owning each channel.
  • Replace per-hotel channel reports and hand-added totals with one export.
  • Narrow any run by hotels, bookers, or channels.
  • Restrict access through a dedicated consolidated report permission.

Use Cases

  • Multi-property financial controller compares booker contribution across all hotels for the quarter.
  • Multi-property night auditor exports portfolio room nights and revenue per channel in one pass.
  • Group revenue manager reviews a single booker’s channels across two properties using the filters.

How It Works

Each channel carries the booker who owns that channel relationship, set as the Default Booker on the channel profile. See Add a channel and link it to a rate for how that booker is configured.

Running the report

Filters combine. From and To dates plus two selected hotels and one booker returns only that booker’s channels within those two hotels for the date range.

Report columns

How the report is grouped

  • Top level: each booker, showing that booker’s total room nights and revenue across all their channels and all selected hotels.
  • Under each booker: one row per channel that booker owns, with the channel’s totals.
  • Under each channel: one row per hotel, with that hotel’s room nights and revenue for the channel.
  • A grand-total row at the bottom sums room nights and revenue across everything in the result.
Channels with no booker assigned are collected under a No booker assigned group, so no revenue is dropped from the totals.

What the figures include

  • Individual reservations only. Group reservations are excluded.
  • Expected, Checked-in, and Checked-out reservations only. Cancelled and No Show reservations are excluded entirely.
  • The From and To dates select stay nights: each room night whose date falls within the range counts. A reservation spanning the range boundary contributes only its in-range nights.
  • Revenue is the net room rate only, taken from the reservation’s rate amounts whether or not the night’s charges have been posted yet.
  • Amounts are summed as-is with no currency conversion, matching the Channel Summary and Consolidated Revenue & Statistics Summary reports.
