Business Value
- Replaces the daily manual Excel copy-work kept per hotel.
- Compares every hotel’s day directly — one column per calendar day.
- Guarantees figures match what the single-property reports show.
- Returns meaningful figures for future days, not just closed ones.
- Covers forecast, reservation counts, occupancy, revenue and yield in one file.
Use Cases
- Group financial controller runs one report each morning instead of collating twenty workbooks.
- Revenue manager compares ADR and RevPAR across all properties for the same day.
- Operations director reviews arrivals, departures and guests in house for the coming week.
How It Works
Running the Report
- Open Reports from the Group Dashboard and select Daily Hotel KPIs.
- Set From date and To date. Both are required.
- Optionally select one or more Hotels. Leaving it empty runs the report across all of the company’s hotels.
- Click Download. The report is download-only (XLSX) — there is no on-screen preview.
Sheet Layout
- One column per calendar day in the selected range.
- Hotels appear as row blocks — the hotel name, then that section’s three figures.
- An All Hotels block at the bottom carries the portfolio totals.
- Totals are true portfolio calculations, never simple averages of the hotel rows. Portfolio ADR, for example, is total revenue divided by total nights sold.
- The header row and the hotel and figure columns stay frozen while you scroll.
Report Columns
The report is split into four sections, each on its own tab.How Total Revenue Is Built
The report is designed to be run for future date ranges, so Total Revenue is assembled from two sources and no section comes back empty simply because the day has not happened yet.- Days already closed by night audit use the actual posted revenue — identical to “Total Rev” in the Insights Performance Report and “Total Net Revenue” in Daily Results. This includes revenue that never sat on a reservation, such as walk-in POS and F&B.
- Days not yet closed — today’s un-posted nights and every future day — use the expected revenue from what is currently booked: net room rate plus included packages, fixed charges and add-on packages carried on the reservations for that night, across all departments, excluding cancelled and no-show reservations.
- A day part-way through posting sums both: what has posted so far, plus what is still expected from the nights not yet posted. A night’s revenue is counted once and only once.
