The new Add Reservation Feature will help you add multiple reservations under the same confirmation number. In the scenario where you have a family or a group of friends reserving more than one room with the exact same dates, room type and reservation details and you would like to efficiently create them all at once, you can use this option to save time. Important: this option is only available for the reservations with the state Expected. Front Office → Individual Reservations → Select Expected Reservation → Add Reservation
  1. Click on Add Reservation.
  2. Select whether you want to copy other profiles, add-on packages or fixed charges to the new reservations.
  3. Write in numbers how many reservations you want to add to the reservation you are creating from.
  4. Click Continue.
The system will automatically create the reservations and provide you with the reservation Ids of the new ones so you can access them easily. By clicking on any of the reservation Ids you will be directed to the reservation in a new tab. On the top of the all the created reservations you will find the confirmation number in which links all the reservations together.
