How to generate a proforma? Front Office → Individual Reservations → Billing → Tools → Proforma You can generate the proforma to an empty billing screen and it will generate the expected billing charges whether from the reservation itself or coming from a charging instruction. If there was a deposit paid, the proforma will indicate the open balance which is the remainder that the guest should pay.
